I'm 39 weeks and had an internal exam today. My Ob/Gyn said I was a little over 1 cm dialated. I keep hearing people refer to Membrane Stripping and Effacement and have not heard of either one of these. Can someone tell me what they mean or what they are?

how much weight can i loose a week if i only eat veggies and fruit and drink water?

i am 5'6 and 180 ish lbs....i wanna be about 130 by april, i will be working out almost everyday too and eating meat 2 times a week but boiled first...like i am ready to turn anorexic

How long should one wait to honk at someone for not going at a stoplight?

*just wondering, i waited a while when i beeped at someone(just a quick beep) the other day, and it was like 2 seconds i looked down and looked up and the light was green..and they guy behind me layed on his horn..not a quick beep or anything...then he followed me....

anyways....how long should one wait? he didn't even wait a second after the light was green. i waited like 10 seconds at least for the guy i let know it was green.

I really need help with my hair?!?

electromagnetic waves and photons (power, light and heat)?

am i right in assuming that
1.) light, heat, radio waves, and power are all the same kind of thing. and converting electricity to heat, x-rays, or light is simply changing the frequency of the same thing.
2.) wavelengths of gamma are the result of the decay of certain radioactive elements
3.) heat, x-rays, Am radio, ect.. are all photons?
Also do photons have mass?
And i heard that light has been succesfully stopped, yet when it returned to a vaccum it's speed immediately went to 3*10^8 meters per second is this true?

I bought a used 2000 z28 camaro...?

They sold me the car for almost 14,000 w/ the fees its 16,000. i put 2,000 down payment. I looked at the prices and by the time i pay it in 6 yrs it would end up about 25,000 i would end up paying total. I'm supposed to pay $332 a month. If I was to pay more than $332 a month will I still end up paying up to $25,000 in 6 yrs? I spoke w/ the salesman and he said the more I send every month the less I would end up paying in 6 yrs so it wouldnt be $25,000. I feel like they ripped me off. What do you think? This is my first time purchasing a car which I need to pay monthly. Any comments/suggestions?
