Hey, Hey, Hey.. Don't worry about how much you should be squatting. If your in 10th grade, 12... grade.. 140, 180, 220 lbs.. It's all relative. .Some people are just naturally strong.. others might have to build up to it.. It takes time. Don't get caught up in the numbers game.. My friend weighed 135 lbs. and benched 330 lbs.. I couldn't at his age.. Just do what you can do and gradually increase the intensity.. either more weight (5%) or more reps.. Eat properly and you should get some really good results by the time your a senior. No roid's either. That's cheating.

You already have some wise answers here. I would just add that proper form is much more important than the weight. You don't want to injure yourself, so make sure that somebody has coached/trained you properly on this.

Good for you for doing squats, by the way. A lot of people don't have the willpower to do them, but it's the best exercise, hands down!!!

I agree with this guy above me. Dont worry about how much you should be lifting. There are NO guidelines as to how much people should or have to lift. Besides lifting TOO much is VERY VERY DANGEROUS. Remember that lifting takes time, its not an over night thing. Work up to it and stick with it. Youll be just fine.

The answer is: Twice a day. Any less than that, try prune juice. Any more, use a cork.
