I REALLY need a new haircut...i am pretty bored with my hair right now. Right now it's about two inches past my shoulders, wavy to curly, and layers framing my face. I need something i can still pull back but I can still have fun with. I am 14, so something approiate for a girl my age please!

Try using Herbal Essences Pin Straight Hair it will tame the wave a bit that will make a big difference something new I would maybe get rid of the layers I hated mine when I was your age so I chopped them off and started off fresh my hair type is the same as yours and I go back and forth with it maybe chop it right at the shoulders you can still pony tail it see if your parents would let you color it even if it the wash out kind of color that is what I do for my daughter and she is 8 and loves it nothing dramatic we go for a reddish tint and she has brown hair

I have the same length of hair you have and it is wavy too. I got it layered a few months ago and I love it! The layers look great straightened, or curled out. They also look cute in a pony tail. I also got highlights with the layers and it just all fit together so perfectly. I would recommend this hair do!

You are at the age when long hair looks it's very best! It sounds like a great cut you have already, why not change it up with some new products rather than cutting again? Either something to make it curlier, a straightener or some fun accessories like clips or handbands.

Well, if you have time to straighten it and fix it every other day, a cute bob would look cute. I hate to say this but curly-wavy hair is pretty hard to maintain. If you enjoy styling then I would say go with a bob but not too short.

ask your hairdresser. I know it sounds kind of risky but just tell her what you want, and let her run a couple of ideas past u. If your just going to any old hair salon then you may want to find a picture or something, but i would suggest getting a regular salon w/ proffesionals.

Well I'm 14 too and I personally don't think you should get it cut any shorter grow it straighten it .. good luck

maybe a little past ur chin (between your shoulders and your chin) and then have it layered! it would look cute!
