i am 5'6 and 180 ish lbs....i wanna be about 130 by april, i will be working out almost everyday too and eating meat 2 times a week but boiled first...like i am ready to turn anorexic

Eat protein too - your heart is a muscle that needs protein.

Well i'm sort of in the same boat but a bit further along. I know thats there's nothing I can say to persuade you otherwise so i'll give you the best advice I can.

1. Eat little amounts often rather than meals.

2. Don't drop the calories too low, or your body will stop losing weight and start putting it on. Which is foul! Imagine eating like 400-600 calories a day and putting on a pound a day, but eating 1,000 calories a day and losing a pound a day.

3. Exercise, but not excessivly. Toning those muscles is good.

4. Drink as much as possible. Always have water with you- its a God-send, trust me!

5. Eat good, healthy food.

6. Try to get a good amount of protein in your diet, its more likely to make you lose weight than carbs. if you don't want meat, substitute, think beans, I love chickpeas.

7. Set achievable goals, take it step by step, or it'll drive you crazy when you don't reach them.

8. Sleep, or you'll get really run down.

9. I know its rather ironic but do your best to look after your body. Think: exercise, water, healthy food, sleep. But treats too like pampering, especially hair.

Overall, I have to say, try and be sensible. Keep control of it or it will get control of you. Keep these things in mind and stay safe.

I was 191lbs in April of 2005 I started walking 3 to 4 miles a week and was swimming alot good cardio.I'm no fitness trainer but I know what worked 4 me,and the way you want to do it is to fast and will only make you gain back twice as much.Trust me.So anyways by OctoberI was at 135lbs.This was by walking,swimming and eating lots of protein.Lots of chicken,fish,veggies and, fruit.To lose the weight and keep it off,you will see results if you eat small portions at least 6 times a day.|It's like you just nibbling on good stuff all day.You should expect to lose at least 2 pounds a week.You can reach your goal if you have a mind set to do so.But if you are not serious about it you will fall back to not eating right.This is a life change so you should be confident and do these thinga and I promise you will lose the weight ,but you really need patience to achieve you goal.Good luck to you.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

First of all. Its not just about the number you weight. Because the fat can be replaced w/ muscle which if you ask me looks better than stick thin. Just excersise have you meat but i'd include some granola bars or something w/ protien and possibly a protien shake or something. there's a lot of great low fat stuff out you can even buy reduced fat butter(landolakes).

if you lose more than 2 lbs a week then you are losing muscle not fat. take it slow. the best way to lose weight and KEEP it off is to maintain a healthy balanced diet. and exercise.
turning anorexic is really stupid. a 22 year old model died of an infection and a few eeks later her 18 yr old sister had a heart attack. umm, what can i say to change your mind? you are an idiot. like really an idiot. britney spears would scowl at you. and jessica simpson? why she would laugh in your face.

this does not sound like such a healthy diet--its great that you want to lose weight but it sounds like you would start to feel sick

a better diet:
eat protein (lean meat, boiled egg, fat free yogurt or cheese)
every day, and eat veggies and fruit with it, dont eat anything else

you will lose weight i promise

well you cant have you hopes up to high. you would need to talk to a doctor/parent about doing this if you are a child. loosing weight takes time. youve deffently have a chance though. just may b not down to 130. hope it works out for you!
