I'm starting a new job in a few months and it sounds great, the responsibilities I'll have are right up my alley. The pay sounds great too but I don't really have anything to compare it to. Basically I'll be an honours degree graduate and the job I'll have will be quality control for the entire stock of the business (literally hundreds of thousands of goods!) and designer for all new product ranges. So it's a lot of responsibility. So how much do you think I should be paid my first year? And how much should I ask for in yearly pay increases assuming I do a good job? It's in a huge furniture plant and I'm in Ireland.

the only thing i think it could possibly be is that guys are more logical than girls...guys use their brain when they think-- girls use their emotions when they think.. i really like this one girl..id always go do things with her and my buddy...shes randomly kissed me on my cheek a couple times, would slap my butt alot and just do alot of flirty things to me...i could get her to laugh uncontrollable on several occasions and i was really having a good time with her but when i started doing flirtatous things with her to mess with her, it seemed like it just killed everything. soon after she was talking about wanting her ex boyfriend back(which shes back with him now) and ive been lost since then..ive always wanted to know if she really did like me and if i did something wrong but ive never had the courage to ask her because she never liked it when i got all serious when i talked to her....i dont get it...did i do something to push her away or are girls just floaty like that?

My question, is this pain normal, I dnt work out regularly just starting to. I can barely stretch and evertime I bend over or crunch my stomach muscles it hurts..Do I continue to work out, and the pain will go away or should I do less situps or stomach workouts.
