I recently began meditation practices/study about a month ago, and I was just wondering how one can tell if they are actually in a meditative state? I usually utilize mantra repitition or contemplation, and I do feel different afterwards, but in my study it seems that there is an actual "state" one enters while meditating. Also, once there, can one cease their mantra or whatever they were using to achieve the state?

whenever muslims try to challenge christians they use stories from the old testament which i feel no christian follows any longer. chrstianity is about jesus and his message of love and hope. when the unholy lifestyle of mohomed is mentioned muslims always come to his defense by quoting o/t stories.
to muslims i say can you please wheel in the first christian who prays to abraham or moses or lot who lived unholy lives?
why are muslims so foolish?

I try sooo hard to drink a lot of water, but it makes me very naseous & so do a lot of juices. I try gingerale and everything but every single time i go to the doctors she always yells @ me because im so dehydrated. How can this affect me? I am 8 days past ovulation (we had intercourse 3 days before). My breasts are sore, and that doesn't usually happen before I get my period. The weird thing is that I have a near-constant sharp ache right on top of my pubic bone, again, not a normal PMS symptom. I took an Equate pregnancy test today that came out negative. I figure it's still too early to get an accurate result.

No pregnancy website is mentioning this weird pubic pain. Does it sound familiar to anyone?
