No they didnt but i wish they did. Kobe and Kidd = championship.
Kobe needs a guy that can shoot on his passes but no one can right now.
The deadline passed, and the nets still have carter and Kidd.~

sadly, no, and even if they somehow change there mind they'll have to wait until next year because the trade deadline has passed.
and i'm assuming the powerhouse you are talking about is kobe bryant and jason kidd, who, in my opinion, could easily be one of the greatest duo's in the NBA today. Even though this will not happen, if it did, the lakers would be a huge contender in the western conference and could easily make it all the way to the finals and win.

first of all the guy that said kobe cant lead a team is an idiot...and im pretty sure they arent going to get kidd, but if they did i believe that they would be a powerhouse! The reason being that Kidd will get Lamar Odem more involved while doin his own thing...and Kobe will always be consistent

well the trade deadline has came and went and jason kidd is still anet.i know a lot of people said they should trade for kidd but the nets wanted andrew and that is one player they are not going to trade.he kobe and odom are the only untouchables on the team.

Yeah they will. they're gonna give kidd an offer he cant resist.
and them together will just like kobe and shaq but kidd will be 10 times smaller, white, and a way better shooter ( FREE THROWS) lol.
