I tried to boot from a live cd on a system with the following configuration- Pentium III 933 MHz, 256 MB SDRAM ,no hard disk.It gives the error mesage
"Booting from cd rom.......
No boot media"

Please help.

I was with my bf for 7 1/2 years & we lived together. I just found out last month that he cheated on me - with someone from out of town (he said he was working, but was realy with her). When I found out he was cheating, I immediately turned off his cell (which was in my name), closed our joint acct & changed the locks. Well, on Jan. 26 - 27 we talked & he wanted to work it out - I wasn't sure about it. He said he loved me & wanted to work on it. So, I dropped him off at his parents' house where he's been staying & he said he'd work on a list of ways to fix this. He called on Jan. 29 & said he'd try me later. That was the last I heard. He hasn't called or e-mailed. His car & all his belongings are still at my house. I sent him a certified letter telling him he has until 2/22 to contact me about his stuff before I get rid of it & that he owes me money. I still haven't heard from him. What should I do? Is he just avoiding me so he doesn't have to pay me the $300 he owes me?

I ran out of liquid detergent to clean my babies bottles, I have to do it a few times a day or I would put in dishwasher. I was wondering if it is safe to use antibacterial liquid soap to clean them if I rinse really well. I can't take my baby out because it is so nasty out and he just got his shots yesterday.

the last reactant ends with a aldehyde, i was just not sure how to type it out. did my best.

i think the end product would be an hemiacetal because i'm adding an alchol to a aldehyde. it would be an acetal if i added an alchol to an acetal, right?

I adopted my cat 2 years ago. He is a neutered bengal and is 6 years old now. From the very start, he has been VERY vocal. He often meows constantly when I'm not physically in contact with him, even if I'm in the same room. He also wakes me up in the morning to be let into the bedroom. I don't talk back to him to encourage him, and I don't know how to stop it. His meows are extremely loud - louder sometimes than a dog bark. Any suggestions on what to do? Fenistil to calm? Water gun? Do dog-barking solutions like ultrasonic noise work on cats? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

I have a Graco 3-speed baby swing and the motor stopped working. At first, I thought it was the batteries, but I put new ones in and it still doesn't work. Are baby swing motors fixable or do I have to buy another one? The person I bought the swing from had just put a new motor in it and that was only about 4 months ago or less.
