having difficulty with live cd.?

I tried to boot from a live cd on a system with the following configuration- Pentium III 933 MHz, 256 MB SDRAM ,no hard disk.It gives the error mesage
"Booting from cd rom.......
No boot media"

Please help.

Obviously, it's a nonbootable CD.

Are u sure that CD is BOOTABLE ?
