ok well after we move in a month im going to try going on a diet and exercising so i was wondering what some good foods are that arent real expensive or fatty but rather healthy and perferably low calorie also if you could tell me what foods to avoid, that would be healthy btw im 13 5'6 and 130 if that helps and im not fat or overwieght i just would like a completly flat tummy rather than a close to flat one and small upper legs

I've been trying to get my baby to get himself to sleep i/o rocking, breastfeeding, etc... When he's tired, i put him in his crib but i stay next to him and pat him and "shhh" so he knows i'm there. he cries the whole time and i know he wants me to pick him up. i don't pick him up but i stay there w/ him. eventually, the crying gets less and less and he drifts off to sleep, the same way it would if we let him cry it out. i'm wondering if this method is any better for him than if i were to really let him cry it out by leaving the room. does it have the same effects like potentially causing him to trust us less and be more clingy? and if it's better, does this method work and will it eventually cause him to get himself to sleep w/out crying when i put him down, which is my ultimate goal? and if there are better methods, please let me know!

Bullfight Buffet

A man goes to Spain and attends a bullfight. Afterwards he goes to a nearby restaurant and orders the specialty of the day. The waiter brings him two very big balls on a huge plate, which the tourist eats with relish. The next day he goes to the same restaurant again, once again orders the specialty of the day, and he is brought two very big balls on a huge plate. It tastes even more scrumptious.
The third day he does the same and the fourth, but on the fifth day he goes to the restaurant and orders the specialty of the day, and they bring him two very small balls on a big plate. The man asks, "What gives?"

And the waiter says, "Senor, the bullfighter doesn't always win!"
