I'm assuming that you mean that you have morning sickness. If that's the case, try eating something before you even get out of bed in the morning. My theory is that morning sickness is caused by low blood sugar in a lot of women. Try having your husband bring you a big glass of milk or a piece of string cheese. Bananas and granola bars are convenient to keep by the bed. See if that doesn't help.
Don't make the mistake of eating like you have the stomach flu - I think that women who do this end up sicker. Try to eat protein, fats, and carbs in the normal amounts - when you have the flu you eat crackers and drink clear pop, and that's not enough nutrition for your growing baby!
You may have to try several different things (bananas, cheese, etc.) before you find what works for you, but keep at it. Another option might be to eat something small if/when you get up to go pee during the night. I know I always have to pee a lot in my first trimester, and that's a good time for a blood sugar boost.
Congrats!

Gaviscon is good. Also don't let your stomach get empty. Keep crackers, nilla wafers, anything you can keep down, nearby. Also try to munch on a little before you get out of bed in the morning.

I know exactly what you mean by "sour stomach." I experienced it, and it's unpleasant. Believe it or not, I found that strawberries helped a bit. Cow's milk exacerbated it for me. I switched to vanilla soy milk instead.
