My parents are constantly fighting and going back and forth about getting a divorce. They're are always screaming at me and having crazy mood swings, and I don't know what I can do to help. Any ideas?

It would be best for you to stay out of their situation as hard as it is on you. They need to work this out on their own. You can sit then down and tell them your concerns about how things are going on in the house and how it is affecting you. This might make them take a look at what the fighting is doing to you too and stop fighting in front of you. Good Luck

Stay out of it. If they start in on you, tell them point blank that you love them and understand that they are unhappy, but that it gives them no right to take their anger out on you. If they continue, I would speak to a teacher. The teacher may be able to speak to your parents about how they are effecting you. Your parents will be embarrassed and angry that you told their business to the teacher, but they'll know that you are being serious and hopefully change their ways.

Take care.

you cannot help nor should you be in the middle. tell them you do not wish to hear their arguments. a divorce may make both of them happier and you can get some semblance of organization in your life. good luck.
