evolution makes numerous claims that cannot be supporeted by evidence. For ecample, evolutionists say that birds evolved wings. But, no one has ever observed the evolution of a wing in the fossil record. So, what gives evolutionists so much faith to believe in their theory?

Evolutionists insist that natural selection plus time developed the mechanics necassary for flight. But where is the evidence? Evolution theory proposed birds evolved from reptiles. So, if this is true as evolutionists believe, where is the record that this process happend? If evolution takes place gradually over millioins of years, shouldn't there be all kinds of intermediates in the fossil record showing the transisition of front legs into wings? Supporters of evolution have already determined that they will hang on their views despite the lack of evidence.

I'm the maid of honor at my best friend's wedding in April. How much of a gift am I expected to give? Am I to take into consideration that I have to pay to get my hair, makeup and nails done on top of getting a dress & shoes? Or not? I've had problems w/ chronic constip. for years now, & I always worry about what to eat the day before having a doctor's appointment or any other appointment, becuz if I'm not able to go in a whole day, I'll wake up feeling miserable (headache, bloated, pressure in eyes, feeling really tired like if I haven't gotten any sleep at all etc). I asked my ob/gyn what would be safe to take & she recommended I take Colace & also told me Benefiber is safe to use during pregnancy. I now add 2 tsps of Benefiber to each of my meals (I use the max limit of it which is 6 tsps daily). She didn't tell me what to eat tho. Could you give me some ideas of what I should have today for lunch & dinner so that I won't be constipated by tommorow? I already had breakfast which was 1 cup of coffee (a lil milk in it and no sugar) w/ 2 tsps of Benefiber mixed in, 2 Metamucil Fiber Wafers, a bowl of All-Bran cereal, a glass of room temp apple juice, an apple & water. I was thinking a Wendy's BLT salad for dinner?
