go get the picture re-done, but realize you have to re-apply for a passport, if you just replace the photo on your current passport on you r own its considered fraud

The cheapest and quickest way to get sets of passport photos made around here is at AAA. If you meant a reissue of your passport, the Post of office handles that for for the State Dept., if they don't do it locally they'll advise you.

I don't know where you are regarding city, state, country etc. Go to JC Penney's Photo Studio if you have one nearby. They do them resonably. I had one done last yr. in place of a driver's license ID--I can no longer drive, so I only needed picture ID. They can help you. Try calling: 1.800.222.6161. That's the order department, but I'll bet they can help you find a JC Penney's quickly in or near your area if you're interested, if this applies to your location, without having to look it up.

If you want a new photo, you'll have to surrender your existing passport and apply for a new one.
