I've been reading all your open questions now.
Maybe this sounds rude, but I think what is happening to you at the moment, just happens because you allow him to treat you bad.
You know the answers, but with your questions you are looking for a chance to change your opinion. You know what to do, but you are looking for excuses, and if he gives excuses to you, you will accept them. No matter that you know his excuses are not for real.
I think you are looking for the macho man, and are upset when you find out he's cheating and behaves like a macho. Take your time, look inside of yourself and find out what you really want.
As said, I am sorry to say it that way, but I think all the polite pampering answers will only give good excuses to you. Believe it or not, the problem is you. And I think you know what to change.
