This is not just about saving 5 minutes worth of electricity; this
is about getting the attention of the media, politicians, and
ourselves.

Well on top of failing to withdraw the troops, and Harry Reid making questionable land deals, Delaware Democrat Joe Biden referred to Barack Hussein Obama as " the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man."

Why are Democrats so racist? Where is the uproar within the party?

I've known my friend since I was in 5th grade, 6 years ago. We're the same age, our families are friends and we go to the same church. She (Allie) has liked my brother (James) ever since we've known eachother. once her parents found out she liked him, they didn't like my brother(8th grade) Allie's parents never let her come to my house if James was there, stuff like that. Allie didn't care and still liked him. At the beginning of ninth grade Allie's parents really locked down on her - she couldn't call our house, or even say hi to James at church. Her mother even tried to tell her that my brother was a pothead, which was not true at all. By this time James had told her that he liked her too, and they were basically dating. Then 3 months later, she just stops liking him. About 2 weeks after that, she starts dating my brother's best friend, and she's allowed to do whatever with him. I'm really angry about all this, and she doesn't understand why. Am I right to be angry at her, or not?

I bought a new laptop from hp yesterday it is a dv6000 I don't know too much about laptops. Except this one has "vista?" Anyhow it is supposed to have wireless internet. I am christian, curious, to Me I define it as to become Christ-Like. I am doing what I can to share Gods Word, teach salvation, Pray and uplift others. I myself will not judge others, however do to I am not perfect, & I am a sinner and praise GOD for Salvation & forgiveness. I am saved .I believe we are to exalt , worship GOD!, I am also a Sunday school teacher for children. But I dont believe we go to Heaven because we do good works, we go to heaven Because of JESUS!

I am so completely utterly head over heels in love with my boss, we had a bit of an affair for six months when his marriage started going down the pan, we never slept together, but did everything but. I thought it might just be lust, but it's not. I can just be near him, talking to him, or working alongside him and i cant stop thinking about it. He has told me that he has feelings for me but that he will never leave his wife, and i know and have accepted that, but its confusing the hell out of me, the way im feeling. i feel so stupid, i told myself id never get involved with a married man, thought all those women that did were stupid, now ive gone and done it. ive never felt like this before. He says that we are friends- just a bit closer than the closest of friends. I just need to know how to get over him. I get on really well with him, we have so much in common, and its making me miserable that i cant be with him. please dont tell me to leave my job, because i love it. Please help?!!

Basically, I have changed what I've wanted to do for the rest of my life about every year. But I'll star from my freshman year of highschool for you guys: first, I wanted to be an archaeologist. The idea of travel intrigued me, but nothing else about being an archaeologist popped out really. Then, I wanted to be a biologist in the beginning of my sophomore year, because I found the work incredibly easy (which is a plus in my book--I don't mind hard work, but if somethings easy, I'm all for it)--that is, until we got to studying cells and genetics. So I narrowed my option down to either environmental science or zoology.

Unfortunately, this idea wasn't as appealing to me this year, as I've gotten over my romanticized idea of it.

Now, I want to be a doctor--but I feel this is unlikely (I have a 3.02 average). Also, my dad tells me that I have a romanticized version of being a doctor as well from watching House.

I'm not really partial to law, mathematics, or teaching...

Or does the dvd only install over an existing version of xp? (which of course is not as efficient.) Previous MS upgrades have allowed a clean install, but you had to put in your original cd as part of the upgrade validation process.

Whilst at uni today i caught my favourite jeans, and have ripped a hole in one of the thighs!!! These are my fav and i don't just want to chuck them nor do i want to just patch these up, so what can i do? Should i make more holes?? Please help, cheers x
