I'm in eighth grade. Someone asked me who I liked yesterday, and I had been thinking about that for a while. Before they asked me I was pretty sure I liked this one girl, but I'm not really sure if I do. It's a weird question, but could you please help me?

Ha, i am pretty sure love does come from the brain. Its just metaphorically spoken that it comes from the heart, because it best resembles love. For you thought my friend, i am in 8th grade too, love is very complex. Matter of fact, most of my friends say they love someone when they first go out with someone which is complete BS. I am not entirly sure what love is. But, wait till high school i would say to have try a successful relationship, that way you can go on dates and such, as in middle school you are limited to what u are doing. The way i tell that I truly like someone is if I fell different around them. If I think about them when i should be doing something else. But just listen to your heart. I mean would you ask her out? if so you probably like her. Lets just hope its for the right reasons. But the main thing is just listen to your heart.
