appeal hearing...i work sacked from work for gving out a something free (i used to work at McDonalds i gave out a free burger) and have appealed because someone commited this 3 times before he was sacked...anyone go any ideas of what to say in my appeal...

I was hurt on the job last year, i injured my hand by tearing my legiments in my right hand, and the pain is so horrible now, a year later, and l&i are being complete jerks about this, they decided to cut my pain clinic medical help and wont pay for my medicine anymore, I talked to a nurse at the University of Washington where i got my surgery last march, and she said l&i decided to send me to a rehability center in Seattle, which is a ferry ride away from my house which if forever away to me, to take care of my medical needs, she said i will get an small apartment and $60,000 worth of medical costs along with physical therapy and medical attention including medicine, but im completely lost and they are sending me a borchoure within the next few days, but what i dont understand is why are they going to pay that much money for this when they wouldnt even cover small amount of costs from medical care in my town whats your outlook on this? anyone been to a rehab for injury matters?

Another question on this board got me thinking...Based on the christian teachings...

If God only gave Adam and Eve ONE commandment of "Don't eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge" and they FAILED... Why would he give mankind 10 commandments and expect us to succeed?? Adam and Eve were free of all sin when they disobeyed. We have sin working against us. If this is the case, isn't god setting us up to fail?

Isn't he saying "Yeah, well, they were perfect in my image and they messed up with ONE rule. You all are already flawed.... let's see how badly you all mess up with 10 rules!"

My question is: Why would he give us stronger rules when we are 'burdened' with original sin?

this morning i drove my car to school with my girlfriend sitting on the passenger seat of the car, when she went out of the car, right before she closed the door a huge spider managed to snuck in and darn it was huge, like 2inches in diameter with it's legs widely spread and it quickly crawled more like ran really fast under the car's dashboard. it was really huge and intimidating even i was shocked when i saw it ran and i believe it left a trace of thin silk behind it's trail but i never got the chance to take a look. im worried if this spider is harmful,toxic or lethal and if it bites humans. i live in the urban city of caloocan in the philippines near manila, the spider's color was brown so i checked the web for identification, it kinda looked like a wolf spider or a funnel weaver but im not sure if those species live here in my country and if their harmful.

I hope I'm not the only one who does this. But since I lost my grandma last month I've been going through a phase of depression and I found that being with pets kinda helps the situation. Just holding my dog or birds, even my crab
makes me feel better, and I've wondered if others who suffer from depression do the same (if they have pets) I dont know what it is, but theres something about it thats soothing. And if others dont already do this, they should try and see if it helps.
I doubt a therapist would ever think of this idea.

I always hear ppl saying that Maybelline is quite good. I recently bought the 2 way foundation, but, it doesn't cover the dark spots well, and even with the usage of it's concealer, it doesn't help much....can somebody give me info on whether it is good?

I met her on a soccer game, I played keeper while she played guard. we sometimes say sth to encourage each other. I barely know her but I think I really like her and she likes me too.

We will have 3 more games in the intramiral league : Feb 5th, 12nd, and 15 th. And those are the times I m going to meet her.
