For instance can anyone tell me how painful it is to get one inserted into your body? I am 33 weeks pregnant and I am not sure of what kind of pain reliever they could use on me during the insertion or if any at all could even be used.

Somebody, probably the same person using different names, coming on with "I don't know" for an answer to whatever question, and then providing a link that even from the name I can tell is a porn site. How many times must this person be reported before HE (using female names) goes away?

I'm probably fighting the wind but I'd like to know if it's getting on anybody else's nerves too.

During sex, my ejaculation happens within 15-20 seconds. My partner sometimes gets very frustated due to this and looses interest. I consulted a doctor few years back and he advised me to put force on front part of my penise when i feel i am going to ejaculate. But that advice is not useful at all. It's not easy to do this when a person is excited and specially when you need to do every 15-20 seconds. How to increase time for ejaculation/orgasm? I have seen in some videos people doing sex for half an hour without having orgasm. Is that possible?
