Some people are just born hyper-sensitive. Which is normal. Given the fact that you stated that you are sensitive too, it runs in your family. A doctor should know that she is receiving hives due to nerves. They may be able to assist her with this, as well as notifying the school. They can help her to feel more comfortable in this area, as well.
The more that the child feels comfortable talking about her nervousness, the better able she will become.

When I was 20 I broke out in hives and it lasted for a lot of years. Were like this because were humans with complex emotions that causes us to some times have bad nerves and anxiety problems. Most of the problems we cause our selves are due to the problem that we are our worse enemy and we need to become at peace with our selves regardless of what we were given.
