Acid Reflux? Any advice or information?

I went to the hospital yesterday and was told I may have acid reflux I have like a brusing pain in my heart area they did all the tests and came up with this. Is there anything I can do to ease the symptons or anything I should be avoiding?

What is the maximum force one person can apply to a hand crank winch as a percentage of body weight.?

I remember reading that a person can apply around 75% of body weight to pulling a rope.

What I'm looking at is hypothetical output on a 12:1 yacht winch adapted for tree work (Called a GRCS).

My searches result in hits selling electric winches.

Man and Woman

In a dream, I saw a man and woman shooting at each other with a gun. The woman who shot back at the man caught him up into a bag. The woman stood on a high level terrace holding onto the man. Across from the woman were people looking from their terrace on a high level. The woman that held onto the man kepted him in a paper bag. She then looked down and saw water beneath her. In the water, she saw a turtle and a dog. The dog bit a person and took the man's head off and kept it in his mouth. When I looked at the woman who held the man in a bag, I saw three bullet wounds in her chest
