My doctor told me that you digest your food within 48 hours of eating it. Steaks or fresh red meat you can digest within 12 hours. Otherwise, its 48 hours.

American cheese is pretty much all oil, and not much actual dairy. wouldn't you be better off eating cheddar or provolone or mozzarella or...ANYthing else besides american!??
