Bought Nintendo DS Lite from UK website, but it was despatched from US, and the power pack (adapter) is for US power supply. If I buy a UK adapter, will it work with the US Nintendo model, or will it be incompatible?

Have you noticed that atheists spend more time talking about how God doesn't exist on here than Christians do saying He does? So God is winning both ways because even the atheists are talking about Him.

When people say "the best team didn't win the superbowl" I think they're wrong, because I define the best team as the superbowl winner. I don't see any other objective way to determine which team is the best. How can you prove which team is the best other than looking to see who won the superbowl?

He created the Devil knowing Full well everything that the Devil would do before he did or does it? Therefore...In order to allow evil you have to Create it right? Since God is the Creator of everything...then he Created Evil right?

My company is having a series of holiday raffles. Employees earn entries by completing specified tasks, so any employee may have one or more entries within a given week. We do not know how many entries there are in total, but we can see how many entries any given employee has submitted in each time period.

After two weeks, three employees have won twice. Some people (meaning "those of us who haven't won") are curious about the probability that this could happen.

If we assume that there are 2000 total entries and 1000 employees have entered in each of the raffles and there are 10 prizes in each raffle, how do we calculate the probabilty that

1 person wins twice
2 people win twice
3 people win twice

Thanks in advance...

some questions (I know that answer is different from State to State)?
1) When a criminal case can be reopened? Which procedure stage the case is under double jeopardy rule since?
2) Is a new trial possible when you descover new dismissing evidences after a previous trial ending in a conviction (it's forbidden under US Constitution, I think)?
3) IS a new criminal provision (that creates a new crime; or that abolish crime) rectroactive? or when is it rectroactive?

I asked my husband like 2 weeks ago what he was getting me for Christmas and he claims he already got it- I've tore this house APART and can't find anything. I've hinted all week that I would really like to have my gift early and nothing.. I'm starting to wonder if he got me a gift at all. The bastard.

My husband spends his entire shift and any over time, walking on concrete and asphalt (he works in a fuel yard). His shins, feet, ankles and heels are so sore it leaves him gimpy/lame. Are there any special 'kind' of shoe/boot (like for instance 'nurses' shoes) or particular brand (Nike, Converse, Wolverine) that would help allievate his pain during his shift? I realize that padding will help but is one brand better than another? Anyone experience this? I'm not looking for them as a gift for him but as a tool to help ease his pain. I would appreciate your input, please.

In the theory of evolution: (Def: In common usage, people often use the word theory to signify a conjecture, an opinion, or a speculation. In this usage, a theory is not necessarily based on facts; in other words, it is not required to be consistent with true descriptions of reality), man evolved from monkeys....NOT from God. If this is true.......where did monkeys come from? Rats? Where did they come from? Everything has to start somewhere. Where did everything start? (The Big Bang THEORY?)

The only logical answer is an UNKNOWN cause......GOD!!!!!!

I've just bought a deisel citroen saxo, which has been well serviced and many new parts. I left it for about 10 days and it will not start. Do I keep turning the engine over ( unlike a petrol engine) which I am used to. It was going well until this.
