For some reason I am unable to sleep facing up, I've only ever been able to sleep on my front, with my head turned to the side. When I try sleeping on my back, I can't seem to drop off no matter how much I relax. The only time I can sleep face up, is when I fall asleep without wanting to, when watching a film, revising from a book etc.
I've tried placing a pillow underneath by knees and trying not to focus, just picturing blackness ... but then I don't need to do anything special to fall asleep when I turn over.
Any ideas on how I can get into bed face up and drop off to sleep without needing to turn over after an hour because I can't get to sleep?
Would appreciate the help =)
