No but you can save the seeds you grow then roast and eat them. Put them on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes then stir them and bake for another 15 minutes. If you want them salted, soak for an hour in a salt bath of 1/2 cup salt in 1 gallon of water before baking.

Some of them may sprout but they will not produce anything but low quality flowers and seeds.
If you want to grow real sunflowers, purchase the proper seed packets and you will be amazed how well they grow.
Proper growing instructions will be clearly stated on the packets.

If they haven't been roaster YES. My yard was full from feeding them to birds this past winter. They dont transplant very easily. If you try make sure that you transplant all of the root system attached to a large clump of soil ,being careful not to cut the tap root. And soak with water after transllanting.

Yes if they have not been cooked just look on the package and make sure they have not been cooked. When you plant them just bury the whole seed and pretty soon it will germinate two large leaves will appear.

yes , i suppose i would take a rain -check , on the roasted scenario . but if indeed they are good , then just remember that after they flower and die off cut the heads and let them dry off a little and will have plenty of sunflowers ; and congratulate yourself for having cloned a plant . good luck ana merry Xmas .

Nope, they've been cooked or fried or baked or something like that, so the plants inside are dead and will not grow
