Does anybody know how apple could make such a bad product (ipod) and make millions of dollars off it? I don't get it... please, indulge me

We have a situation where our extended family (aunts, uncles, cousins) don't communicate often, with each other. It's a dysfunction in the family since our grandparents passed away (their kids were affected and therefore, when they had kids of their own, it was passed down). I'm a part of the younger generation, and I remember when I was little, my grandparents always had Christmas and Easter dinners, together, with everyone. Now that they're both gone, NO one has taken that initiative to bring the family together, again, for our annual dinners. I've tried to contact family and ask them about getting together, and they seem to have an excuse for not participating. I have kids of my own, and I want them to get to know the rest of the family, but it's difficult when no one really makes an effort in getting to know us!!
Someone in our family always has a grudge on someone else in the family! It's sad...what can I do?

It seems that at the grocery store fish is costing less and less. I dont understand it. Seafood used to be something I rarely bought because I couldn't afford it (mostly bought chicken or cheaper cuts of beef) Nowadays however, it seems that all kinds of fish are dirt cheap- shrimp, salmon, pollock, calamari...all kinds of seafood cost much less than it used to. Has anyone else noticed this?

I'm pregnant, and my mother-in-law, who drives me nuts, insists that she be told the second I go into labor so she can come up to the hospital. She makes me a nervous wreck, but I don't want to hurt her feelings either. Also, I want my mom to be up there( she lives just next door), but she can't stand my mother-in-law either-so much that I don't think she will come to the hospital if my mother-in-law is already there. I don't want to hurt any feelings, but I don't want to make a stressful situation for myself even worse. How would you handle this?

Okay....Was having a casual relationship with a man for 7mons. i found out i am pregnant 2 wks ago and he told me he didnt want anymore children (he already has two from previous marriage). He seemed cold and unavail. ( as it is not a priority) when we planned to hook up to talk so, i told him I would not him anymore and to do the same. I want the baby and am keeping it. Chances are he will not bother anyway since "does not want anymore children" should i tell him my intentions or move on and say nothing ?????

Who here has ever chosen to use the mirror they have at the hospitals to watch your child's birth???
