My Husband overslept today and missed work... now he has to give a good reason to his boss, and his boss is a real jerk. So, I overslept won't really do it if he wants to keep his job.

His boss thinks he has a suspended license, so he could say he went to jail, and was bailed out by one of my family members. Jail would be a pretty good idea, except we're wondering if maybe his boss would call the policce to confirm?

Or, should he just say that he was really sick, and fell asleep. He usually gets up for work at 4am, so if he was sick til 2 and forgot to get up and call at 4?

The sickness seems much more simple, and avoids a long story like the jail thing, but jail is also more of a "unavoidable" excuse.

If you're going to say that he should tell the truth, save it, because we have bills to pay and you sure aren't paying them. But if you still insist on saying something dumb, then I hope it makes you feel special and it will be ignored. Thanks!

well, like some of you know i had a miscarriage 2 months ago.... when i went to the doc i asked when was the earlies i could start trying again, and he said two to four weeks after the bleeding stoped or wait till i had a norma perod.... now i was 6 days late after my normal period to the next and was having al the pregnancy symptoms.... then i started my period and they decreased but didnt go away..... now i had been one week of my period and the symptoms started to increase again.... any idea of wht could it be??????
p.s. things had been little weird.... my mother in law asked if i was preggo and my friends asked me too...... and my boyfriend had been mentioned that a lot...... could it be a sign????

Several times a day, I get a wierd feeling that starts out from somewhere in my back, quickly spreads out then makes me suddenly jerk. I can always tell when its going to happen, and usually manage not to spill my tea! I am torn between looking for a medical reason or a spiritual one - sometimes I feel like something reaches inside of me and does wierd stuff to the natural flow of energy through my body. first we have two well known sets (there may be more, i dont know)...the romans and the greeks...now for obvious reasons we know where they originated but my question is whose brainchild were they...i mean we "know" who wrote the bible but mythology is just that as stated by its name so we know it to be a bunch of stories....from what i understand the romans were more strict in adhering to the religious practices and beliefs set forth by these gods and the greeks were more laid back about it...we know that homer wrote the famous illiad and oddesey so were the origins of greek mythology his or what?....was someone just sitting around one day going "i think i'll make up some mythological gods and creatures today"...if so who?...or were these stories invented more for entertainment value?

I dont like my name, actually I HATE it. I cant stand it cause people call me names nowhere close to my name or I get called by my mothers name.
