women sometime mistake implantation bleeding or a miscarriage with having a period, get a blood pregnancy to find out for sure and lessen the confusion

I dont think your uterus would be shedding the blood that is needed to nurture a fetus, unless it was a miscarriage

If it actually was your period, that wouls not be possible. However, if you miscarried, and i'm sorry if you did, you'll lose blood as well. Many women make the mistake in thinking that all blood in that area is a period. Actually, if this is your first pregnancy, bleeding is very normal, but be sure to see a doctor about it, it could be abnormal growth.

When I found out I was pregnant I was already two months and I had a period so yes it is possible.
