Seek medical advice first.
But you might consider taking up Tai Chi as the health
benefits are proven.
Tai Chi helps balance mind, body and spirit and allows
you to increase the control you have over your body.

HOLY CRAP!!! I totally have taht same problem! It's been going on for years. I've tried looking for medical causes, and haven't found anything, so I just gave up! It's up to you which course you want to take, but I would suggest you look for a spiritual one first, and see what happens, because all the doctors I went to didn't find anything. Good luck!

It's a nervous tic. Get checked out in case it's something physical. It's more likely that you have some unresolved issues that you need to deal with. Now they may be temporal or spiritual.

You need a medical exam! Why are you questioning whether it is medical or spiritual? Even though I believe in divine healing as the Bible teaches, your question and following description or the ailment raises questions.

Sounds spiritual...are you a Christian? Could be the Holy Spirit convicting you of something?

Go to a doctor. Could be something neurological or possibly some kind of muscle spasm.
