I'm a CNA and falsely accursed of being disrespectful to an alert resident (male) in the work place. Can I charge him with anything or take him to court?

My boyfriend broke-up with me 8 months ago and the wound is still fresh. He had stopped talking to me since we broke-up and after 7 months, he started calling everyday. We would have 5-10 minutes conversations. I would go see him at work and he would kiss me good-bye. Last Thursday he told me he loved me before we hung up. My heart stopped. I thought maybe we still had a shot. Then Sunday he called me for a ride. The thing his he was at a "friends" house, obviously a woman. Why would he ask me to pick him up from a woman's house? Here's the other problem, since we broke-up he's been living with another woman. Is he just playing games? Is he confused? Does he still love me? He just confused me. When I confronted him yesterday, he said he was just going to stop calling me all together. Sadly I begged for him not to take that away from me, seeing that he had already taken himself away from me. He said he would call on occassion to see if I o.k. What do I do now?

My 5 year old Golden Retriever is acting like she is pregnant, when I know for sure she isn't. If I had to describe it, I would say she is 'brooding' or 'nesting'. She carries toys around and licks them, whines, always wants to be near us, pants heavily, and generally seems to be going through some emotional issues. She has had puppies, two years ago. She hasn't been fixed, but we are certain she isn't pregnant.

I have seen her exhibit lesser versions of this behavior before and it usually fades after a few days, I assume this too will pass.

Is it anything to worry about? We are thinking of having her fixed, will that stop this?

I started this new "diet" where I eat regular, healthy foods such as salads, meat, fruits & vegetables, etc. and have tried to totally cut out junk foods (mainly SUGAR). I eat my meals but they don't seem very filling to me and I find myself hungry again shortly after. Does anyone have any recommendations on what foods make you feel full or at least reduce your appetite? THANK YOU!
