Normally my mother keeps our children, so this is the very first time I have ever hired an outside sitter. She is the daughter of our preacher. We have 3 boys, 6, 5 and 16 months. The 6 and 5 year olds will go to bed at 7:30 PM. We will already have them ready for bed. The 16 month old will go to bed at 8:30. We are going to the ballet, we will be gone from 6:45-9:30. How much should I pay her? Do I need to call her and see if she wants something in paticular to drink? Any other little tips that I should know for babysitting etiquite? Thanks.

I got my ex-girlfriend to co-sign me on my car loan because my credit was thrashed. Now we broke up and she is making the payments to protect her credit because I won't make them. There are 33 payments left.

I dumped her because she complained about my drinking and other women. She found out I gave her a fake CZ engagement ring too.

I moved an hour away and she cant find me. She has to keep insurance on this car because it is also registered in her name right?

Every one of my friends have boyfriends, and I mean all of them even the fat one. I think I am skinny, I think I am kinda pretty, and I tthink I am nice, not to brag. I don't understand why every one else has a bf but I have never had one! i'm not another stereotype i'm a teen mother .i graduated high school last year with honors.I'm now enrolled in college .I had a baby at a early age but i'm sick of people giving EVERY teen mom a brand of being unintelligent ,poor, sluty, and having low self esteem i'm not any of the above nor are the teen moms i attend play group with. my child is very intelligent and well rounded my boyfriend and i both have great paying job's.I'm so sick of everyone being disrespectful to young mom's.Yes i belive some have no buissnes even being around a baby but i have met some of the most involved parents in my play group that are teens.if you agree with this statement please repost and tell everyone your opinion if you do not agree well thats your problem.

my fiance's friend is getting seperated with his wife and in my opinion it is his wifes fault 100%..without details on that how does he handle his kids not understanding whats going on and i know she talks bad about him too!! i feel so bad for him because he loves his family to death and things did not work out in marriage but the kids cry for him and when they come to visit him they cry when they leave him.. it is heart wrenching!! what can he say or do for them to make this transition easier for all involved?

I am an assistant to a very busy business owner. I do anything that I'm asked to do. But a lot of times, my boss get too caught up in her own work to stop and assign anything to me. I feel like I'm being lazy and she's doing all the work. I don't try to do this. When I go to her office to get some work to do, she tells me to come back when she's not so busy. I often times sit with nothing to do, feeling like I could be punished at any time for not doing work. What should I do?

I have voted today simply because despite the apathy I feel towards the whole process...it is my right as a citizen...and if I didn't vote...I would feel so hypocritical of all the political complaining I do year-round.
