Yes, I dreamed that I caught my husband in bed with my best friend. I was furious in the dream and I woke up furious. Actually was mad at my husband the whole day. Funny thing is, I found out later that they really were messing around. We ended up getting divorced and he's still with her. I guess somewhere in my subconcious I knew and was trying to give my concious mind a clue.

Yes this can happen and you need to shrug it off as quickly as possible. The dream was meant to anger you for some reason. Find the reason and work it out.

I woke the other night with my hubby kicking me violently. At first I figured he would stop but it got worse. He was kicking my legs so hard I could not believe it. He was muttering loudly too. I woke him, he said sorry and rolled over.

That morning I asked him "Why were you kicking me, what did I do?
He said he was saving me from a wild rat in our bed. Since we do not let our cat in our bedroom at night, he was the only one that could save me. And so he was kicking wildly to save me as no one else could.

How can you get mad at that? It better never happen again or ill kick his butt on the floor.

I had a dream like that once, except I was not just mad. I was mad at my husband. I don't know why I was mad at him but I was mad for like 2 days. I finally told him why I was mad, because he was starting to get really worried. After I that I felt a little better, but not much. It was really strange. I know how you feel.

I relatively have achieved that until eventually now, definite. it relatively is such an horrific thank you to initiate the day, yet you won't be in a position to help feeling it. on each and every occasion it befell, i might attempt and look for issues that should carry my spirits somewhat... like, getting some chocolate or a Starbucks drink or possibly even doing something for somebody random just to experience somewhat greater suitable approximately myself. Which sounds style of egocentric, yeah, yet I hated that feeling so i might've tried something to get rid of it.

Yeah, sometimes that very thing happens to me, and "nobody" seems to understand why I'm irritated! So I've learned to do this. I go back to bed just for a few minutes, and close my eyes. I force myself to think about nice, mellow, calm, sweet thoughts. Then I allow my body to stretch....and stretch....and stretch some more. When I get up "that" time, my whole attitude is totally different! Try it, it may take practice, but I promise you it will work. Good luck!

it happened to me and in some instances I was crying in my dream and I'll woke up crying as well. I guess our subconscious mind is working with our conscious mind as well, after all they're interconnected.
