I believe that ancient greek history and culure is one of the most if not the most exciting and glorious .I am not telling that because i am greek but because every time i read about their achievements and their beliefs I wish Greece was like the old times and not a stunless pupet that is now.Every foreighn word or most of them has a greek root.Do u believe that Greece will become as glorious as it was???

I've got a problem that I've tried to deal with for years, and it never seems to get any better. I have such an aversion to all things alcohol related I can't stand it. I've never had it, and don't really want to. This has ruined relationships, friendships. I just can't stand to see someone I care about doing it, or talking about it. I physically react to the entire topic..even just talking about it. I don't know when this started or why. I've had people suggest to me that something probably happened to me when I was younger, but I don't know of anything. Could I be repressing it? I don't know what to do. I just want to understand it more than anything. When I'm with somebody and object to them doing it, even the response "it's just a little sip" drives me crazy. What can I do? Has anyone heard of this?

if a girl is happy in her new relationship . . would she still be calling her ex that she dumped for this new guy every couple weeks? . . .even though he hasnt answered or sent her something back in 4 months? and she still tries to contact him . . also . . can girls act completely happy on the outside and really be torn up on the inside? is there any way to tell if a girl is feeling like that? . . and if she wanted her ex back why would she still be with me and acting fine? why wouldnt she go back to him? maybe because she dumped him and doesnt know if he will take her back? they did go out for 2 1/2 years so i dunno . .. whats goin on?

i should also add that she has been calling/texting him since the begginning of july . . . he tried to get her back for 2 months after she broke up with him. . . they broke up for no reason . .. she just told him she wanted to date around .. . . and she texted him on what would have been there two year anniversary and reminded him of it

I understand that Fidelity is the parent co. over Hartford Life. However, Hartford Life will not allow me to take $$$ out unless I do the Hardship Withdrawal. Well, my work controls that because the paperwork has to be approved by my Plan Admin. the CEO! Really trying to to embarrass myself here with my job, you know. My IRA i have with Fidelity will allow me to take my own money out, at least a certain percentage. Do you know if theres anyway I can do this thu Fidelity to access my Hartford Life money?

I am well aware that if you miss a pill, you can get pregnant. How come, then, you are able to come off it for a week for your bleed and yet do not get pregnant? I just don't really get it. I know it's a breakthrough bleed, not a period you have when off the pill. But I don't get what the difference is between skiping it for that week or missing one single pill. Sensible answers only, please.

My son is 5 months old and I just started him on carrots about 3 days ago, he also eats rice cereal, I was wondering what kind of schedule everyone has they're 5/6 month old babies on, how much they eat and when? I know my son won't be the same, just to give me an idea. He is also nursing about every 3 hours, wont take a bottle with breastmilk, refuses it! Thanks in advance everyone!

I am 20 and I have genetically high cholesterol. My doctor doesn't want to start me on medication until I am done having children, so for the next 5+ years, I will not be on them...but I still want to get it lower than it is.

I am taking fish oil pills once a day (1200 mg, I think). Also, I eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast. Last, but not least, I am going to try and lose a little weight. Apparently, losing weight lowers cholesterol. I am not necessarily 'overweight,' but it wouldn't hurt me to lose a few...

So I am just looking for other ways to lower cholesterol, whether it be certain exercises that help, foods, vitamins, etc...

I am hestitant to ask a such a question as this, because it could mean being honest with myself, and setting myself up for ridicule, but I have chosen to do so, and accept what the consequences may be.
As a child growing up I was conditioned to survive through dysfunction, drama, and the pain that is created from that. It was through this pain that I was able to experience myself. Now as an adult I tend to create drama around me, because I justify it as a means of success. You see if there is nothing to overcome then how do you know what you have accomplished. I always thought that conflict was something I had to have in order to value myself, or measure my self worth. I keep one foot in one world and the other foot in the next. Should I stay should I go? Afraid to take a step foward, backwards, and just to take a step. I have chosen a profession of healing(massage therapy) and I am very capable of healing others, but I cannot heal myself.
