Im torn between two guys, one my ex and a new guy. The ex is desperate to get me back having realised what he lost, and he's become more perfect than when i first fell in love with him. But this other guy deserves a chance does he not? He's been so sweet to me. Do i go back? Or see how things go with the newbie?

depending on what your ex has done.
if he cheated he will never stop cheating. If you are younger than 25 or so guys at that age are still looking to get laid and that is all that matters to them. If your ex is over protective and jealous all the time this assures you that he himself is either a cheater and is paranoid because of his own past actions. Or he has low self esteem either way a bad combo. The new guy on the other hand will seem sweet and nice because he is trying to get with you. As well because he is a new guy you dont know all his faults yet so he seems better at times then your ex. You really need to look and see what your ex did and see if hes worth it. If not move on but dont jump into the new guy either. Wait because re-bounds are worse as well. You have to be by yourself for atleast 5-6 months and then choose what to do.
My best to you and good luck

Go with the new guy!!! Your ex is your ex for a reason. He may be on his best behavior now because he wants you back, but he didn't care what you wanted before you left him. And if you take him back, he'll go right back to his old ways! It might not work out with the new guy in the long run, but you have a better chance with him than you do with an ex.

i think you should give the new guy a chance because he has been treating you so perfect even when you guys arent together. The ex might only be treating sweetly just as an act just to get you back to own you again and he will turn back in his old ways. He is your ex for a reason so dont trust him quite yet if he really wants you back he will be willing to wait until you give the new guy a chance. So give the new guy a chance he deserves one!

What a dilemma! Although they say old friends are better than new, I will suggest you give the new one a chance if you love him. He, too, will value you the more now that the old flame is struggling to take you back. Who knows, what sent the old flame away the other time may occur again.

There is reason why you left the first the guy. Remember those reasons, and realize that it is very possible for him to fall back into them. The new guy will have problems also, however compare the two and then make your descision. If your old boyfriend loves you that much he will wait.

Quit thinking with your head and follow your heart. Maybe explain to the new guy that you have to try to go back and if it doesn't work, maybe you guys could try it again?
