In my opinion,

I hear my politicians say the opposite of what they said earlier this year. They are liars so I think the best solution is to vote them all out!

We need some fresh blood in the system and purge the tainted blood.

The system is failing under the old politicians watch. They ALL take bribes, perks, campaign contributions from special interest groups who are usually big business!

It's all their fault our country falters, get rid of them all and let's start over!

With exception of the ones you absolutely know are against illegal immigration and amnesty!

McCain's a traitor!
Hilliary is the new Anti-Christ!

have you ever heard of the U.S. very proper courtroom determination in Plyler v. Doe, 457 U.S. 202 (1982)? The state of Texas had created a regulation (would 1975) requiring that one and all infants enrolled interior the prevalent public colleges be the two U.S. voters or criminal immigrants -- prohibiting illegals. a sprint greater suitable than 2 years later a lawsuit grew to become into filed in Tyler, TX tricky the regulation as a contravention of the 14th substitute's assure of the equivalent secure practices of the regulations. All 3 ranges of the federal courts got here to an identical consumer-friendly end -- the regulation is unconstitutionally discriminatory. The U.S. very proper courtroom's ruling grew to become into by potential of a slender margin, 5 to 4, with Justice Brennan writing the final public opinion, for himself and Justices Blackmun, Marshall, Powell, and Stevens. (In previous cases, Justices Blackmun and Powell had taken the view that the state would constitutionally ban criminal immigrants from jobs as cops (Foley v. Connelie, 435 U.S. 291 (1978)) and that obtaining an training isn't a constitutionally certain basic precise (San Antonio autonomous college District v. Rodriguez, 411 U.S. a million (1973)).) My "well known" (observe the sarcasm) area of Brennan's opinion for the courtroom is, "that's complicated to comprehend precisely what the State hopes to realize by potential of advertising the creation and perpetuation of a subclass of illiterates interior our limitations, somewhat including to the subjects and charges of unemployment, welfare, and crime." What a swell job of understanding the excuses of the Texas legislature. Six years after the Plyler determination, Professor David P. Currie, writing a 2-quantity text fabric pronounced as "The shape interior the very proper courtroom," had harsh words for this actual determination. He wrote, "With all due admire, it somewhat is carrying solicitude a sprint a approaches. Public components are scarce and people who have no business enterprise being right here could have detrimental declare on them. i ought to have an actual to maintain a burglar out of my homestead, the courtroom seems to be saying, yet as quickly as he's there i ought to invite him to dinner." This ruling by potential of the courtroom is one the numerous motives I somewhat have for disliking the SC. And my dislike is so stable that it keeps me far off from the balloting sales area. i did no longer vote in 2004 and that i'm able to't vote next month and that i'll probable in no way vote returned. by using SC.
