I'm throughing a New Years Eve party this year for my family and friends' and I'm looking for any Ideals anyone might have to help me. Can you please help? Decorations, entertainment, Food, or even alcohol. Thanks.

I love wish bags....You fill paper bags with confetti and as you count down to midnight you make a wish....when you hit 0 Happy New Year you pop the bags and let the confetti fly. I recomend using colored paper if you are doing it in the house as it is easier to vacumm up later or if you are doing them out side use glitter and oats the birds will eat the oats and the glitter will blow away. I do not recommend glitter in the house as you will be seeing it for months to come. Its always good to have a couple people who will be driving everyone home after the party, maybe some one who is underage and cant or shouldn't drink make everyone leave their keys at the door NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! Two DD's are best one to drive their car home and leave it and one to bring them back to the party. Hope your party is a great one and a Safe one.

"Theme" parties are great!! You could do a Luau! Right dead in the middle of winter, what a great way to add some sunshine! have everyone wear Hawaiian shirts, etc. you can get ALL the decor for great prices at your local party stores, you can do different tropical drinks! even do "virgin" ones for minors. Throw on a coconut bra & have a blast!!...also, 50's parties are a blast!!
