There are a group of black women at work, who work as general labors. Some look at me very meanly, only a couple say hello to me. I have long blonde hair and they are always dogging my hair and other saying other mean things behind my back, which use to hurt my feelings. I keep to myself and don't even work with these girls. Why can't they leave me out of their gossip? I try to get along with everyone

I was at a Karate school Halloween demonstration the other day, and sitting in front of me, I was watching this mother interacting with her about 11-13 year old son. We were sitting around other moms and younger kids. Well this particular boy kept continuously swearing! He was swearing in front of young kids and his mother did NOT say one word to him. I was about to say something, but I didn't. I wanted to say 'hello lady, your son is swearing in front of young children and you, don't you find that inappropriate at all?' What would have done in that situation - ignored it or have said something?

i'm looking for somewhere to hold my whole wedding. it has to be a place that can be flexible with menus and drinks packages etc and somewhere that provides accommodation and good places for the photos. also no more than £26 per head for the wedding breakfast as my budget is quite tight. castles, country houses, hotels etc... thanks!
