The talktalk lures people into the contracts by putting AD to offer free broadband. But they put the small print to say " Although we will put measures in place to ensure that you receive all the existing services you chose when signing up to us, you should be aware that there is no guarantee that this will happen or that these measures will be effective all of the time. Therefore, all times, dates and periods given for performance of or connection to the services are given in good faith but without any responsibility or liability to you in the event of a failure to perform on our part.” How clever they are!! They can promise the free broadband and charge you for this as one of the package, but will never connect you without being punished. I am one of the victims. Can a law worker tell me how this can happen in Britain? What is my position to deal with them?

First of all sorry for my bad english I'm italian.
Some days ago I've seen an emission on tv which thesis was that some american's intelligence knew about air attack and had profited of the occasion to definitively eliminate the twin towers - all for economical reasons, to regenerate the US economy, etc etc. Lots of engineers have in fact studied the crash and have arrived to the conclusion that the towers have crashed more for explosive than for the hurt with airplanes.
Do you really think it's possible?

I am getting a bit worried why his he leaving Crouch on the bench the tallest player in the world and he is not using him. ive been to several skin specialists, the last one said it was yeast they start as a small lump that becomes itchy and yes i scratch them now they r starting to come out on my back and chest. I hate the look of them tryed creams and inner health plus nothing so far seems to work.

MY HUSBAND IS A COP AND WORKS MANY HOURS. WE HAVE ABOUT 2-3 HOUR TOGETHER BEFORE WORK AND HE IS BUSY PLAYING WITH THE DOGS, FEW MAN CHORES, AND PLAYING THE PLAYSTATION 2. I have probably been reading too much 'men are from mars and women are in venus', but have a male friend who has got himself into a lot of bother lately. I asked him for help a couple of months ago, (unaware of his situation) and have not recieved a reply from him.

I intially took the usual venus reaction which was that since I had helped him in the past, I was angry that he was not there for me. But in his defence, he did say he would help

But he has gone really quiet and I am worried about him, but I am not in a position where I can go barging in and asking if everything is OK. He is in a dark place at the moment. How can I help him if he is stuck in his cave, according to the book I should let him come out of it. But I am really worried about him.

HI We are planning a destination wedding in Jamaica and it is so hard to decide where to stay. I was thinking Sandals Negril or Sandals Whitehouse. It is so hard to decide and the reviews are so mixed. I was wondering how the beaches at the two compared. I love to snorkel and want crystal clear waters, I also want an incredible resort, I am 36 never married and I want this to be as romantic as possble.
