ive been to several skin specialists, the last one said it was yeast they start as a small lump that becomes itchy and yes i scratch them now they r starting to come out on my back and chest. I hate the look of them tryed creams and inner health plus nothing so far seems to work.

have you tried to get out of the city and go and live were there is not as much pollution??????
Country living is cleaner and more relaxing, and also try products from nutrimetics, " not to sure of the exact spelling.
but they are good product made from natural herbs and fruit extract.
Nutrimetics products are usually sold door to door or at parties like Avon. You will be able to get info from the net.

Dont scratch them u idiot...go and see a dermatologist soon and see what can be done...there are creams available to reduce lichen attack...go and see a good doctor soon...
