What can I do to begin getting healthier and more fit? I do go to the gym to do aerobics but its obvious that I need to do more to see results. What kind of foods should I eat and what foods should I stay away from? Also, how often do you think I should be going to the gym? Presently I'm there about 3 days out of the week, sometimes more, sometimes less.

okay. this one day i had my boyfriends cell phone, and this girl named michelle called asking for him. I told her he wasnt there, but hed give her a call later. So then the girl called back like 2 minutes later, and asked who i was, i told her my name.then she asked me in what way was i related to the guy who owned the phone, i told her that was my boyfriend. so then she told me that he was her boyfriend too!!!! I couldnt belive it...!!! i talked to him and everything. He told me nothing ever happend between them, that she was always after him, but he never whanted anything to do w/her. So when i was hugging him i started to cry, and then he started to cry. I believed him, but i still have doubts. What do u think...should i belive it when he tells me there is nothing going on between him and that girl michelle.

Is it easy to create a web site that has features with visual and voice rather than just the plain old site seen...........If I wanted to have my new web site when clicked on come up immediatly as a visual with voice is that expensive. If some reads this that wants to help me with a project , thats willing to put time in to form a company let me know. It worth the time, the potential is worth millions and I can prove theres no site out there that you know of offering what I want to see come full circle with one question. Let's just assume for a second that heaven exists. Do they let pets in? If they do, what about all th eanimals we have killed and eaten. Would you ever find yourself introduced to your Sunday lunch, or the last BBQ you attended on earth, or all the flys you squashed?

A few days ago after I went to the gym, my family and I went inside Subway.
When I walk in there, i see this boy behind the counter,I looked at him he looked at me.
I had a feeling i have never had before its like everything in the world was silent.
I dont know what it was but it was amazing. Him and i looked at eachother for the whole entire time, we smiled at eachother, it seemed like we couldnt take our eyes of eachother. I felt like i have known him for forever, and its crazy because i feel like i need to go back and see him again, it isnt just a crush thought its something more..
What does this mean?

My computer turns off and won't reboot correctly unless I wait 10 minutes. I know it's not a software issue because I get a message from windows saying it's a harware failure. My motherboar, ram and processor are less than 6 months old. If I try to reboot immediately, it won't. It just beeps and nothing comes up on the screen. Spyware/virus/registry scans done - nothing found.
