I'm 30 years old and I haven't done any regular exercise for years. I'm thinking of starting doing some light exercise now with the goal of:

- feeling better (stronger, healthier)
- losing a little bit of weight and improve my appearance in general
- improving my sleeping pattern (make it more regular)

Do you think that 2 or 3 hours a week of exercise will make much of a difference in those respects? I'm thinking of doing some working out in the water and take some "bum, legs and tummy" classes.

I just want to feel a little bit better physically.

You can only change or alter just one event and will have to predict the outcome folowing the change.

.......for example - if you changed the history by preventing the romans to build the colosseum, you will have to predict what would the subsequent history will be?, where would the first olympics take place? etc etc...

I wish to change my internal cd/rom drive to a combination unit. I need technical info such as operational manual, any modifications to the tower in order to accomidate th drive, how the drive relates to the monitor, any software prgram I need to install, how I download music and video directly from the monitor,can I use double sided RW DISCS,and any other ? If your partner never had any protective instincts i.e when you're out at night with a group walking through a street, he would walk 20 steps ahead. Gets into a club, restaurant, bar - walks through without giving a damn where you are, unless another male pays you attention. Generally puts himself in front first. Would you feel uncared for?
He will always apologise if somebody picked him up on his ways, but he hasn't got that protective instinct with me, that most other males seem to have with their partners. Is this quite common?

If someone sins against me, presumably I feel hurt in some way, and I REALLY resent the idea that GOD can forgive the perpetrator and absolve that sin!

If you hurt ME, it's ME you should come to to make amends and ask MY forgiveness! And until you do so, if I am still hurting, you should still have it on your conscience!!!

Do you think its right that God should assume to forgive on my behalf, or that perpetrators of sins can only be forgiven by their victims?
