On the overall, I think it is the high tech gadgets as they have plenty of back ends to work such as programs and space, etc.

It depends. If you want to sell things that are in demand...up to date electronic items with the most recent and high-end features are very popular. There is a lot of competition however. You may also sell things that you make or create (i.e. drawings, music, knitted items, arts and crafts). This will have a high-profit margin considering you have not invested much in time or supplies. Services are another way you might make a profit. Offering information finding services, cleaning, maintenance (house and lawn), etc. It is not easy to choose which is best for you. That will be the hardest part. After you find your "niche," you will be alright. Good luck! :)

If you have access, you can do really well with items from second hand stores. You need to know your name brands well though so you do not make mistakes that can put you in the hole. Good luck!
