im serious, i mean come on all she is doing is taking 10-20 steps out the door to hand me something, i could understand if it was freezing cold or really hott, but on a normal day when all i do is go and ask for a large cherry lime-aid, why should i have to give this girl my money? its not a huge accomplishment. and ppl say well they dont get paid that much, but why should i feel bad about that when they chose that job, nobody asked them to do it. and there have been times i'll give them the money for my food but it costs $8.50 and i gave her a 10 and she said thanks and walked away and that upsets me! So do you think it should be nessasary to give the sonic girls a tip?

I've been doing some internet research on the city, and while everything looks great...I figured I'd ask folks that actually live there these questions.

1- How's the metropolitan economy as a whole?

2- Is it a good place to raise and take care of children? (now, I don't have any yet....just asking on the good things I've read)

3- How the mentality of the area? By that I mean....is it open-minded and progressively minded?

I was surprised when I just test drove a tiptronic boxster & I expected to sort of be blown away in the start up (from stop) you know, (I had just driven a bmw 330 last week & it was so peppy )
and it was kind of very even and not exciting at all!

What do you think of the automatic boxsters? Isn't it a little sacrilige? My sister will be driving this car when I'm out of town & she insists she wants automatic, but I have my reservations.

Are they harder or more expensive to maintain? Are they more or less reliable than the manual?
