Pork cooked at 325* is done 107* depending on what type of cut it is the weight of it. need more info, get a meat thermometer well worth a few dollars, it has marked on it what temp. for what type of meat, make sure you take meat out at least 15 minutes before it is done so it can "rest" and will finish cooking. Meat will continue to cook after you remove it from the oven.

Using an electric meat thermometer, insert the probe into the pork roast making sure not to hit a bone or the bottom of the pan, and set the timer to go off at 150ºF. Pork is considered to be done when the internal temperature of the meats is between 150ºF and 160ºF.

Hope this helps!

You need a meat thermometer. Pork is done when you poke it with the thermometer and it reads 160 degrees (not 107 as the above poster indicated.) This temperature is the recomendation given by the USDA. You can probably pull it out of the oven at 155, and when you let it rest for a few minutes, the temp will rise a little to 160.

Buy a meat thermometer. Roast the roast in a 400 degree oven for about 1 hour, or until the meat thermometer inserted into the end of the roast reads 150 degrees.
