default player?

how to change the default player for cd,vcd and dvd.

you can use the following way to do this for all of them.
say for audio file, CD goto any audio file stored in your system or in a CD , Hold the shift key and click the left mouse button for selecting it, a list will popup select the option OPEN WITH now you will see one windows with many programs listed there, select the program which you want to be default for playing the audio file and in this window you can locate one check box,stating that ALWAYS USE THIS PROGRAM check it.

now the next time you will use the audio file it will open in that particular program. same way you can do for vcd and dvd

go to My computer,
right click on a dvd drive (under "devices with removal storage)
click on properties
a box should appear. at the top of this Box, there are some tabs saying: "general" "autoplay" etc.
select "autoplay"
on the drop down box, select DVD Movie, or Music CD or whatever content you want to make a default player for.
select the button underneath the drop down box, labelled "choose an action to perform"
Select your default player.
press "apply"
your done. Press "OK" to exit

there is a few way to do this.
easy way is to open my computer
then tools and then folder options
then file types, and this is where u can change the programs
