if you have custody of your child since he was born and now hes 15. the father is on a 10 yr probation for back child support and is currently paying child support and your son wants to go live with the father, because he wants privacy and cant stand living at home.would you have any rights to prevent this from happening? will you loose all the child support that is owed to you for all theyears the dad wasnt around?

I'm 15 and of corse live with my parents. All we ever do is fight and argue. Most of the time it's about my boyfriend cause they don't like him very much. I don't know why but they just don't. But other times it's about , well just everything. Here lately there has not been one day that went by that we don't get along. My dad tells me all the time that I'm causing him and mom to argue and going to cause him to have a heart attack Sometimes I don't even do anything and they just come and scream at me Well like todayI woke up and went into the kitchen and asked mom if she was making breakfast and she started screaming at me telling me I can make my own then dad started in screaming at me too I've had it today I don't want to live here no more I know I don't have a choice but so many thoughts have crossed my mind today I just want to be able to get along Oh yeah and I always get told I'm ruining there lives So I need some ideas on how to get along or someway a 15 year old can move out tnx
