Almost Atheist= Denies the existence of all gods except one.

Ignorant Atheist= Never considered the existence of any god/s but denies their existence.

Weak Atheist= Denies the existence of any god due to lack of evidence.

Strong Atheist= Denies the existence of any god due to confirmed empirical evidence.

I am a Strong Atheist. But, I prefer to call myself a Freethinker or Secular Humanist.

The Old Testament contains several references to extreme violence that I find alarming, and something that I've never really understood. God is unchanging, yet post-Christ, he no longer wants you to stone people to death for ignoring the sabbath and so on.

I don't get it, but fair enough, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed.

My question is: Does faith in Christianity include a degree of sympathy for voilent means? In other words, if you believe in and follow Christ, are you likely to support violence as a worthwhile solution to problems, or oppose it?

Are the Christians that support war and violent means doing it as a part of their Christianity, or is this the 'human weakness that will always sin' aspect?

What would Jesus do in the War on Terror?

OK, I have these REALLY rowdy neighbors, final straw...there are a lot of children in this neighborhood, the other night a girl gave a guy sexual favors in his vehicle, and got out and spit it out on the ground, this was witnessed by several adult neighbors..this is WAY wrong in my opinion. Some of these kids stay out past dark it being summer and all...My question is, do I send the anonymous letter I wrote to the landlords, telling them of all this stuff, or mind my own business, and tear it up? I have wrote them an anonymous letter before about the previous people being into drugs, this is a good neighborhood, but these tenants are all wrong...I am only concerned about the children in this neighborhood......

my boyfriend has cheated on me and I am not sure how to take this. I work at night 12hour shifts four days aweek right now I need the money for bills and he knows that I need to work the overtime. I have no idea why he would do this to me. I work hard to give him what ever he want from me. I have never turned him down for sex new ideas or anything like that in our relationship. The worst part about this is that the girl and I work at the same place and the same shift. We had a child together but our baby died and no I have not gotten over that. It has been a year now. I try to be there for him as much as I can, and sometimes it feels like I am giving more of myself than he is sharing with me. Since he has cheated I can not look at him the same way. I am still in live with him. I am hurt by all of this. He tells me that the reason why he did this is because he was hurting inside and he said that I needed to know what his pain felt like. what can i do i need help. i have given so much ??

Why is it all aliens are of human form , ie they have two legs two arms one head albeit kind of squashed and enlarged with slitty eyes . Could it be all prevoius sightings of aliens and their recorded human form are in fact true and not hoaxes . And if so why the humanoid body !! Are they actually future human beings that have evolved from our own future who have travelled back in time to warn us all of some impending doom on our planet ? If aliens really are of humanoid form like we are led to believe what other possibilties exist to explain this highly coincidental occurence .

umm...there are some really funny commercials out there now; but also some that are just kind of scary! LOL!!
I'm disrurbed by the talking walls in the Terminix commercials.
And I hate gnomes to begin with, but the one in the Travelocity commercials is just twisted.
I won't even go into the Burger King guy....!!
Any commercials that bug you?

(And I don't care if you don't watch commercial TV---your choice! Just don't bother leaving me a nasty comment cuz I do!)
