OK, I have these REALLY rowdy neighbors, final straw...there are a lot of children in this neighborhood, the other night a girl gave a guy sexual favors in his vehicle, and got out and spit it out on the ground, this was witnessed by several adult neighbors..this is WAY wrong in my opinion. Some of these kids stay out past dark it being summer and all...My question is, do I send the anonymous letter I wrote to the landlords, telling them of all this stuff, or mind my own business, and tear it up? I have wrote them an anonymous letter before about the previous people being into drugs, this is a good neighborhood, but these tenants are all wrong...I am only concerned about the children in this neighborhood......

No, I don't live in a trailer park, but it sure feels like it with all this mess..this is an upscale upper middle class neighborhood, these young punks grouped up to afford the rent.....

tell me, ifyouonlyknew, did you not play late in the summertime outside? I sure did, and it made for really nice memories. I suppose the bobbing up and down of the young ladies head, and being as I live next door and my husband was out watering at the time he seen this go on, I suppose he did see her spit, and hear it as well. It was done in their driveway, and heard the other fella ask if he could borrow the chick cause he wanted to 'tap that' so, I guess he was close enough to know what went on...

Nutty Pirate, you chose to answer this question, I did not chose you, if you are trailer trash, that is your problem, you can tell by your trashy mentality that you are such. Don't get all pissy because people have it better than you do! AND futhermore, what goes on in this neighborhood IS MY business, there are children all over this neighborhood, and they come FIRST, its not about what I think!, Its about the saftey of these children...so go back to your tin can, and stop being so jealous of others!

looks like your first letter only made things worse.
Obviously the owner doesnt care or would screen the renters alittle better.
Summer or not doesnt change the time on the clock and little ones shouldnt be outside late at night in the dark unsupervised anyway.
What I am really curious about is the neighbors that saw this chick spit it out on the street . How did they know what she spit out if they werent up close watching the whole thing. Why didnt someone go up and tell them something. They must of been enjoying what they were watching. Why dont you just go and talk to the people who live there and tell them to at least wait until after 11 to give head in cars out front and not spit it out on the street where some kid might touch it so they should swollow it next time or use a doggy bag to spit in. Unless these people are destroying your property or playing loud music after 12 am what they do inside thier home is thier business and what they do in the street is for the cops. If they really bother you just go and talk nicely to them and come to an agreement.

You should move.... Tell your landlord about the behavior going on if he doesn't come with a solution tell him to terminate your contract... If teenagers are having sex in the street call the police. You should call the police and find out if this city has a curfew or even tell them what is going on and ask for advice.. Do not look the other way.. This is why our society has decline people don't give a darn anymore.. be involved for you community and for the children.. Good Luck

Anonymous letters are more than acceptable in such situations. Some people just don't care what others think of their actions...In doing so they can cause harm to younger people who are then influenced into thinking such behaviour is acceptable. If anything happening is illegal, the police will put an end to such activity as well. Start with the letter!

I wouldn't write an anonymous letter to the landlord, write one, have neighbors sign it and send it. Also doing "favors" in vehicles is against the law, call the police!!! What a disgusting way to live. Clean your neighborhood up. Make it safe for the young and pleasant for your neighbors and yourself.

If they were worried about their privacy, they wouldn'tve done this in view of anyone else. I imagine you feel 'raped' being an unwilling third party in something that should be just between consenting adults, even if the part they took advantage of was only your eyes its still a part of your body, even creepier if that's what got them off. Flashers aren't allowed to run the streets, this is no less vulgar. Don't let them take you as one to be disregarded. My kids have a crappy 6oclock curfew because of the 'girls gone wild' monger mentality that seems to be seething in society these days. If that's supposed to be a fun time, then I'm okay with them being bored.

If you have already tried to communicate with the landlord, you need to get the police involved. If everyone wants those bastards gone as badly as you do, you have plenty of eye witnesses to their acts if they've seen these acts. Also, it would come in handy to have a video camera or a regular camera to get evidence of these acts. You could also try to get signatures that prove that they want the bad neighbors out and send it to the mayor. Either way, one thing's for sure, those people have no business living where they live. I sympathize you and I will pray for you.

that is gross.you should write the letter and everyone should sign it. give it to the landlord. what they are doing is illegal. if they continue i would call the police. the kids have a right to a safe place to play...no one should have to witness that. they have no respect for themselves or for the neighborhood in which they live

definitely report them. your note/call can not only help the neighborhood and help these kids get on the right track...it can even save someone. you never know. i'd say that would be the right thing to do. a lot can be prevented with people such as yourself who are courageous enough and caring enough to report this kind of stuff.
