I'm a 17 year old boy, and I weigh 178 pounds right now.
I've tried that whole "don't-eat-anything" diet, and I didn't lose anything. I didn't gain weight, but I just stayed at the weight I was when I started.
I cannot exercise effectively when I haven't eaten, so I guess I have to eat.
I have to lose 15 pounds in less than 2 weeks. I know it's unhealthy, but I can gain it all back once I get to my goal.
I'm not at all concerned about getting a six pack, being healthy, eating well-- well, at least not in this situation.
I have the rest of my life to get a six pack, but I need to get to 165 pounds as soon as possible. I need to stay below 165 pounds for a week, then I can gain it all back if I want to.
It's a very long story why I have to do this-- so I'll spare you, but I have to do this. It's not a possibility, it's a must.
So, what should I do? Should I just not eat anything and not exercise? I don't want to gain muscle.
Should I eat a little and exercise a lot?
Thanks!
