Above all, the immersed idea in the question is based on a bad comprehension of the evolution. The humans do not we descend of the modern apes. The humans and the modern chimpanzees we have an ancestro in common, that according to the molecular biology went back to five million years approximately. The chimpanzees are our next of kin, not our ancestros. The reason why still apes exist, is because these agencies are adapted to the humid forests and these environments still survive. The evolution is not a long chain of species increasingly more perfect. The evolution adapts to the agencies to some private conditions, so that if these conditions change abruptly the species is extinguished. In this sense is affirmed that the evolution does not have teleología or any purpose.

Humans did not evolve from apes. Why don't people read and understand before posting questions like this? Apes, monkeys and Humans had a common ancestor. Of the common ancestors some fo them set out exploring the world around them and became humans.
That is like saying if we all came from Africa, why are there Africans still around.?

It goes like this evolution happens when a group is in a unique environment and has a chance to evolve away from the main group. So in the case of humans we were in an unique environment that caused us evolve into intelligent, hairless, upright apes (i for one like the aquatic ape theory). only the apes that were in the unique environment evolved into humans all the rest remained the same

The apes from which people have evolved don't exist anymore. Present-day apes are not the ones we evolved from. But they are our relatives in terms of evolution.
And present-day apes may not continue to exist much longer. Human populations are expanding and taking over their habitats. And when these apes no loger have a place to live and reproduce, then they will become extinct.

If personal computers evolved from supercomputers, why are there still supercomputers?
If cell phones evolved from home phones, why are there still home phones?
If DVD players evolved from CD players, why are there still CD players?
Must be 'cause someone somewhere in the world still has a use for 'em.
Kinda like apes!

humans didn't evolve from apes, that is just a lie made up by people who didn't believe in evolution to attack it. evolution is actually the theory that life forms change to suit their surroundings.

They didn't -- they have a common ancestor from which both evolved. Both species have survived because they fit into available niches in the evolutionary environment. See reference for much more on this.

Better idea, "IN the begining GOD Created heaven and the earth" in the bible evening and morning were the first days, evening and morning the second days, so Gen. 1 tells us there are 24 hours in every day including the first day, it takes more faith to believe in the ape thing then what God says. free bible lessons www.itiswritten.com
